Priority Access and Prime Seating:
☑️ Sponsors are the backbone of our event, and we want to make sure that you have the best possible experience. Enjoy priority access to enter the venue and indulge in the event. Entry to the ballroom and prime table locations are granted according to the sponsorship category: VIP Diamond, followed by VIP Gold, and then VIP Pearl.

 

☑️ Prime table location seats for VIPs Gold and Pearl will be given based on availability.

Exclusive Benefits:
☑️ As a valued supporter, VIP sponsors receive priority on walking in milongas and workshops, choose table reservations and booking activities and private lessons. Please note that tickets are non-refundable, whether partially or entirely unused.

Ticket Details:
☑️ Courtesy beverage tickets are exclusive to ticket holders and are non-transferable to any other guest. For the Diamont category clients, a total of 4 tickets will be given for the whole event. For the Gold category clients, a total of 2 tickets. 

 

☑️ VIP tickets are individual and non-transferable, as are sponsorship gift cards.

 

Master Class Reservation:
☑️ VIP Diamond sponsors, we want to ensure you receive the full benefits of your partnership. To book your included master class, please inform us of your preferred Maestro at least one month before the event. While we will strive to accommodate your preferences, please understand that artist availability may be subject to festival activities. If a private lesson cannot be scheduled during the event, alternatives such as online classes or bonus cards will be provided.

Hotel Accommodations:
☑️ Please note that hotel guest rooms are not included in the VIP ticket and should be booked separately. You can find a recommendation list of accommodations on the "Venue" section of our website.
