PURCHASES AT THE DOOR

Tickets can be purchased at the door based on event capacity and activity availability.

For any ticket purchased at the door, regardless of the activity, an extra fee of $30 will be applied to each ticket.

 

TICKETS GENERAL PRICING

1) GENERAL TICKETS

• FFP (Festival Full Pass): $400 per person

Includes Alternative Activities (AA), Workshops (WS), Competition Viewer/Spectator (CV/S), Afternoon and Night Milongas (AMi and NMi) every day of the event.

• MFP (Milonga Full Pass): $300 per person

Includes Milongas only (afternoon and night, traditional and alternative, every day of the event).

 

• 1DP (One Day Pass): $200 per person

Includes everything for one day.

2) SPONSORSHIP 

• VIPs Sponsorship  (Diamond $2,000; Gold $1,000; Pearl $650)

•  BUSINESS Sponsorship  (Platinum $4,000; Silver $2,000)

3) MILONGAS

• Welcome Milonga: $45 per person ($75 at the door)

• Afternoon Milongas: $35 per person ($65 at the door)

• Night Milongas: $70 per person ($100 at the door)

4) FLOOR FEE $20 

Applied for Private Lessons, Rehearsals, and Individual Practice. Competitors will NOT be charged for rehearsal and/or  individual practice.

​

5) INSURANCE: $50

If an unexpected event occurs due to acts of God or personal reasons that prevent you from attending the event, a credit will be applied for the next edition of the event. More details can be found in the Event Policy section.

6) Table Reservation

Reservations are valid for all four days of the event at the venue Rhythms Event Center.

 

LIMITED open tables available. If you choose not to pay for the reservation, please keep in mind that the event organization cannot guarantee seats for all participants.

 

Perimeter chairs will be offered on a first-come, first-serve basis.

 

VIP ticket holders and clients who purchased table reservations have priority seating.

Sales of Table Reservation are NON refundable.

•  Registration closes 2 weeks before the event, except for J&J (Jack & Jill), which can be received until the first day of the event.

• Competitors automatically receive the Milonga Full Pass, except participants in the J&J (Jack & Jill) or A&V (Adagio & Variation) category ONLY.

• Competitors subscribed in 1 category: both competitors will receive the Milonga Full Pass automatically and can upgrade the ticket to a Festival Full Pass by paying $100 per person or participate in the Workshops or Alternative Activities by purchasing individual tickets for $25 each class, per person.

​

• Competitors subscribed in 2 categories: both competitors will receive the Milonga Full Pass automatically and can upgrade the ticket to a Festival Full Pass by paying $50 per person or participate in the Workshops or Alternative Activities by purchasing individual tickets for $25 each class, per person.

• Competitors subscribed in 3 categories: will receive the Festival Full Pass automatically.
