Performers, Actors, Dancers, Choreographers, Storytellers. Carlos & Mayte became partners in 2007 and started working for some of the most prestigious tango shows of Buenos Aires. In 2008 they relocated to United States to continue performing for different shows including the Broadway show Forever Tango, Jacobs Pillow, Vail international Dance Festival, Israel Dance Festival and Evolution Tango on its world premiere in Broadway are some of their highlights as a Tango Dance couple. In 2013 starred their first short film “Nina del Tango” which received a nomination for Best Short Film after being an official selection of eleven international film festivals, including two Oscar qualifying, they both received a nomination for best actress and actor at the “Silent River film festival”. Based in the city of Los Angeles, Carlos & Mayte continued their formation on the acting field and joined Shia Laboeuf’s theatre company “Slauson Rec” The couple made TV appearances on the CBS shows “Why women kill” , “Seal Team”, “Millionaire Match Maker”, “The Martha and Snoop show”. Commercials including Audi, Geico, Princess Cruises, Motorola, and Hennessy as well for documentaries such as “For the love of Tango” “Through the heart of tango”; Short film “In the Ring” was included at the “Cannes Film Festival”. Carlos and Mayte had their directorial debut with the film “Tiempo pequeño” in 2020. As choreographers, performers and celebrity coaches, They have worked and collaborated with top names in the industry, including Shia Laboeuf, Ricky Martin, Eva Longoria, Ditta Von Teese, Ellen Von Unwerth, Kate Hudson, Goldie Hawn, Craig Robinson, Alexandra Daddario, Finn Wittrock, Farah Diba and Hillary Clinton. In 2022 they were featured in the documentary series “Gusty” hosted and produced by Hillary Clinton. Currently in pre production for a horror vampier film “Dog” As the lead roles. 2023 European tour as the lead couple with the Broadway show “ Forever Tango” The couple is currently working on diverse projects both for the screen and theatre…
